NBCC Government Affairs Update
NBCC represents NCCs and the counseling profession at the state and federal levels to better serve veterans, the military and seniors, and to expand access to federal funding and state programs.
October 1, 2016, brought important changes to the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM). Check out some of the updates here.
In keeping with current research and with our own pilot study, NBCC anticipates a complete phase-out of paper-and-pencil exam delivery by April 2018.
We asked you: “What are some ways you prepare for a new school year? What are some back-to-school issues you often see leading up to the start of a school year?”
Check out these responses from your fellow NCCs.
